Jameson was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He spent at least 30-40 minutes helping me as I weighed my options and figured out exactly what I wanted. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped me find the perfect solution. An absolute gem!

Should have two people working at all times. Way too slow. Barely any customers too.

To give you some context, I'm a frequent customer at your Victoria Ave location, and the team there is fantastic. Even when it's busy, they are incredibly efficient at managing multiple customers and keeping things moving, even if its just one employee working.
When I visited the Metral Drive location, it felt like a completely different pace. There was only one person working, and honestly, I felt like the service was lagging to the point where I could have handled the floor more effectively myself. It didn't feel like a lack of customers was the issue, but rather a lack of urgency or staffing to meet the standard I've come to expect from Mood.
I love the brand, which is why I gave Moodwell 5 stars, but Metral just needs that same level of efficiency and energy. Hope this helps!
