The brand " back forty" is pretty good...
Where to start ,Laura store manager and Alicia store supervisor where so understanding and helped beyond store measures offering replacements and solution to a product matter . Unfortunately matter continued at manufacturing level ,this is where Brandon team leader went way way above doing further research and actually sorted out the issue . The manufacturing company was completely at fault and where they didn't quite satisfy issues Brandon's hard work did .
Thank you again to the staff who as always goes above and beyond . Very friendly and the best team ever
Very slow service and super rude staff. Spend more time arguing with customers than doing actual work.
