Guy thought I was old enough to have a 18+ year old daughter and when I proceeded to tell him I was not 13 when I had a child, he doubled down. Like who is this guy? He knows NOTHING about weed and has insulted me on more than 1 occasion. This is actually my 2nd 1 star review all because of him. Why does he still work there? He takes smoke breaks when customers are waiting? Like what???!!?
I have shopped here for a year since i moved to blue quill and unfortunately twice now the cannabis has been poor quality. First 3.5; months buzz whatsoever, another 3.5 and it won't burn, as your trying to burn it your waisting it. Both separate times i mentioned to the clerk about how terrible those were. I asked for a slight discount on my next purchase to make up for my loss on two separate 3.5's and was refused. i find for cannabis knowledge, this shop is not educated on types of cannabis. clerks can never give a solid answer when asked about different strains.
regardless, for the amount of money i have supported this cannabis store with is very disappointing.
Guy working tonight asked me if I could let him finish his cigarettes before service. Not cool. Also, he is completely unknowledgeable of the product, and he has recommended added cigarettes to cannabis, which is insane. I always hope he's not working. Your ladies who work there are smart and great customer service providers.
So I finally think I find a website for this place to order weed place an order says it's pending good thing that I called the store because she has no idea what I'm talking about their advertising that you can order weed online and they don't offer that service very poor business practice.
Awesome store! Great service and really good selection, especially the craft cannabis. Super friendly and helpful staff.
