Went in to purchase some pre rolls and at the counter the young guy working looks at my ID and hands it back and says can't serve you. So I assumed he may think it's fake so I tell him I have other pieces of identification he can see. He refuses and tells me to get out of the store. Awful customer service.
The staff here is very knowledgeable about the various products that they carry. Excellent variety of products available. It's my go-to store for cartridges.
The staff at Kasa Kana are so helpful and knowledgeable, special shout out to Terry who helped explain some products that would be helpful for me! I recommend Kasa Kana to everyone:)
Hands down honestly best staff in town I have been using this device for a long time and the pieces were getting very scarce the owner today pulled me aside and went through a bunch of different options for me so I can continue with the setup that I have. Not only was he helpful along with his counter staff they were also able to find me an updated device I walked away feeling as though I am a valued customer. if anybody gets the time I would suggest you stop in and have a look at the store great prices great staff and are definitely here to help.
