There's zero pressure, no judgement, and a real sense that they actually care about their customers. Every visit feels friendly and human. Recommendations are tailored, and the vibe is warm, respectful and professional. It's clear the teams know their products inside and out and takes pride in what they do.

Stopped in today to ask for advice on something for pain and sleep. The young woman behind the counter was very welcoming of this first timer. She put me at complete ease to make an informed purchase. I was happy to support local and not have to drive into the city. Thanks for making me feel welcome in your little shop.
