Margins are crazy charging 5$ for things that cost them 1$.
I'd avoid, bc cannabis, new west greenery, there's so many way better places, close, that are much cheaper not gouging customers.
Brought it up that it's charging a lot for what it is, the lady on today mouthed me off then when I said I'd rather talk to a manager the manager would possibly be able to just give the feedback to head office maybe they aren't aware as to how high things are being priced at.
She said the manager wouldn't do that, they don't care, they know the margins and they don't care then laughed at me.
Dispensaries accept literally like anyone for a reason, they're insanely unprofessional.
I had such a great experience at Inspired Cannabis thanks to Jori! His customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. He was extremely friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave really helpful recommendations that matched exactly what I wanted.
I just want to say the staff at this location are hands down the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team that I've ever encountered at a dispensary. I had the pleasure of having an amazing chat with the manager Kristina and one of their assistant managers Juanita and I had to pull myself away I could've talked cannabis with those two for hours!! Dont go to any other shop, inspired Delta is where you need to be for all your cannabis needs ✨️
Juanita was very kind and courteous. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to help me find what best worked for me. She made the experience very easy and smooth. I will be coming back here for sure. Very pleased with the service from her and the shop overall, she is great! Definitely recommend coming here!
