Service was good, product was good as is and should be the standard. Reason for a low review is prices are generally higher than a at despensaries only a few minutes down the road. I've never been asked to tip at a dispensary before nor do I think it should be a normalized practice in general. If the employees aren't being compensated properly for their work by the company that is an internal problem and not something the consumer should be expected to pick up the slack for especially when the cost of the product is already objectively higher than other places that are not far from this location. Went there once and will not again. To pay $20 more for the same thing I get elsewhere and then see a tip screen just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Update: Had an issue related to my account. Not at all related to the service, the staff here is excellent and always goes above and beyond. I don't even hesitate tipping, as long as this goes to the employees.
Thought it was dismissed but the DM got back to me and corrected the issue with my rewards balance. Thank you for your response and addressing my concern.
