Usually would give this place five stars, but unfortunately, they have a new hire who has a beard. His name is Chris very unprofessional And ignorant, my hubby and I are both in our 30's and Having a conversation just the two of us in the doobie section of the store about what we should get for a birthday party we are going to, it's a a friends bday who is also in his 30's and what we learned is I guess your not allowed to talk about sharing your weed with other of age people. He told us he won't sell to us and to get out. Been here 100 times but that was the last and I'm telling everyone
Bearded man working today around 4 o'clock Goes by the name of Chris. Terrible service. I've heard absolutely nothing good about him. He needs to leave. Won't be returning here.
I'm a bit upset. The man w a beard grabbed the wrong ounce. Mind u this ounce was weak almost 100$ @ 25% I wanted 85$ @31% money isn't an issue but when I call to tell them (I bought a few other items so I wasn't watching they've never sold me the wrong product before) and they basically say "🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️" come Wednesday a manager is the only one who can do a refund is odd. YOU sold me the wrong product it's sealed so why can't u take back the product YOU grabbed on my BEHALF? I didn't choose the wrong bag the employee did. I'm just not happy w the attitude of basically oh well idk what to tell u.. ight bet that's cool & bc money isn't an issue i have no issue going to the the other store 🤷🏼♀️ bad customer service is how u lose customers if I would've gotten a better attitude and some help on an issue they caused id be happy to continue to shop there but unfortunately when u don't know how to do business that's the loss u take.
One of my fav places but recently the staff are new people and recently asked if a certain glass piece was able to be used for dabs turns out he sold me a holder for dab tools telling me you can smoke out of it. well got home and was not impressed and dissatisfied stuck with concentrate product I'm unable to smoke! It was the new guy with the one eye beware asking him for advice does not know about the stuff he sells and how any of it works
I love love love the prices the product but am very disgusting as to how I was treated by a younger man with a beard. I was a member of Cana cabana n left due to racism. Now there's a caucasian male named Chris that's got some negative energy and a racist. His attitude changed when dealing with me. The manager is amazing. The manager on the other hand, and the rest of the staff are AMAZING and DEEAAAADLY 🤟🏽💜! If he leaves, you'll have at least 7 customers willing to go back there???
