My favourite pot shop by far! The staff are amazing! Super friendly, and knowledgeable! The young man that helped me I believe his name is Aiden- you can tell he's truly passionate about the business and it's so refreshing talking to someone that radiates such positivity! 10/10 experience thank you so much!
What a terrible store. I went there a few months ago had the worst customer service and I vowed never to go back. I was in the area and said I would try again. My bad. They couldn't even be bothered to open the door. Lesson learned.
Management, PLEASE train your staff, they're really not knowledgeable with products, stocks, customer service, troubleshooting, nor communication. It's beautiful to give people a chance to provide for themselves and work; but TRAIN them well, we're paying customers and there's a minimum level of service quality we're ready to put up with, and your service is below basic expectations. The prices aren't the best there is neither. All of this, makes a 5 minutes easy transaction last 30 minutes.
Selena is absolutely amazing super helpful and knowledgeable and of course friendly - highly recommend this location by far my favourite place to go best deals and specials !
Best store in Mississauga hands down! Dont let these silly trolls steal your shine! Your team is amazing and so is your rainbow haired manager! 😁
