I'm not local to the area, but these guys went the extra mile for me. I placed an order last week, of which I had some concerns, but the management reached out to me personally and sorted everything out. My order has arrived in Alberta and I just wanted to mention that I really appreciate the customer service that was shown to me, thanks so much!
been frequenting the st james location for a while now and i am very impressed. right off the bat, a very clean and organized environment. the staff are always very welcoming and always provide the best recommendations for what i am looking for. the overall selection flamingo offers is unbeatable. big shout out to pamela for always being such a nice person to chat with after a long day:)
Great selection of products. The staff are incredibly friendly. They greet you as soon as you enter the store and always with a smile. The employees keep the store spotless. Bravo for A+ service!
Absolutely AMAZING. Best customer service I've had in a long time. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Vadim, Egor, Brodie, and Ev helped me and were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They answered my questions without making it feel overwhelming. Great experience overall and I will definitely be telling everyone I know to come here. They have a much bigger selection than anywhere else as well.
