Took the kids to Fairview last Friday evening and we had a really smooth visit, which honestly isn't always a given with two little ones in tow. The food court was busy but we found seats without much hassle and my daughter was thrilled they still had the bubble tea place she loves. The layout is easy to navigate so we never felt lost or overwhelmed, and the bathrooms near the main entrance were clean, which I always notice as a parent. We were in and out in under two hours, fed and happy, and that's pretty much the dream for a Friday night family outing.
We always enjoy coming to Fairview Mall for a holiday outing. It hits the perfect sweet spot—it's large enough to have every store you actually need, but not so massive that you leave feeling completely exhausted.
The recent additions over the last few years, like the Uniqlo and T&T, have really elevated the retail mix. The food court offers a solid variety of quick options, and there are several sit-down restaurants if you prefer a proper meal.
Transit access is a major selling point since it sits right at the end of the subway line, and it's equally easy to get to by car right off the 404/DVP. If you are driving on a weekend, my best advice is to head straight for the upper deck or park slightly further out to avoid the traffic jams near the main entrances. It's a safe, well-maintained, and reliably good shopping center.
CF Fairview Mall is one of the best shopping malls in Toronto for both shopping and dining. The mall is clean, spacious, and easy to navigate, with a great variety of stores for fashion, electronics, beauty, and everyday shopping.
The food court and new Asian food section are excellent, with many delicious options to choose from. I also love how convenient the location is, especially with direct subway access and plenty of parking available.
The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, and the mall continues to improve with new stores and renovations. Overall, it's a great place to shop, eat, and spend time with family or friends.

With direct subway access and ample parking, it remains a convenient, top-tier choice for both fashion and food lovers.
