Spencer provided great service. I went looking for a specific product. It was out of stock, however, Spencer was able to suggest alternatives at a great price.
I love this store for their flower options, both locations are actually amazing.. Great selections on all sizes 3.5/7/14/28... Plus the pricing doesn't hurt the wallet as much as other stores and I love that.. Easily some of the best stores to shop at..
I'm a regular here and I gotta say three employees really stand out I forget the 2 girls one with red hair the other I believe is Hispanic and the other being tjay super chill guy super helpful knowledgeable and has never steered me in the wrong direction hope to see more of him around the store
Not sure why the star rating is as low as it is. Every time I go in regardless of the employee working, I receive good customer service. I usually walk in and don't know what I want right away so they'll help me with recommendations. Prices are some of the best in the city. I highly recommend stopping by. Disregard the one Stars those people were having bad days I'm sure
Cost on Fairmount has a great employee with TJ. Knows the product, is awesome with customers. Had some new employees there that were no help at all the day before.
TJ thank you for understanding what i wanted without an issue and getting me exactly what i wanted. You always get it right.
