Sam (the owner) had me wait 15 minutes while his new employee calls him for a price match APPROVAL( he didn't answer for 15 minutes that's why I was waiting the whole time) that EVERY STORE IN ONTARIO DOES ALREADY! The hilarious part is he denied a price match of $29.95 and greedily asked for a higher price of 33$.. im glad I was able to walk over to their better competitors (ONE plant 3 min walk) and they were happily able to give me the price match of $29.95 for the EXACT product.. being greedy is honestly so sad coming from a pops n moms shop!!!!
Truly is very helpful and friendly just signed up first time today with my sister and it my new go to place . Prices are legit decent. DO NOT PURCHASE NIGHT RIDER MILLED FUEGO 7G ITS GROSS AWFUL lawn mower trimmrings literally. FUEGO IS SHIT
My #1 since weed releaf closed, best staff, wish they'd hire me, best prices they need to get the fuego carts back though!!, going there feels like home and I feel good spending there unlike many other places
I always have such a great experience at this store, and a big reason is the beautiful young girl i guess she is from South Asia i always saw her on weekdays! She has such a warm smile and graceful presence. She always informs us about the best sale timings so we never miss out on great deals. She is extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful every time we visit. she really cares about her customers. Absolutely love her positive attitude and amazing customer service!
Truly is truly amazing. She did an incredible job and was exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. She really knows her stuff and made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.
