Been waiting months for restocking spray odours, always empty promises of restocking. Spoke with the owner of the business Gurbeer Singh & promised me delivery of the odour sprays. Told me was delivered twice and when I went its not. Your word supposed to mean something but I guess not these days. Not even an apology.... Im done with this place...

I came from Calgary to Brampton just for visiting. I had waited in store for 15 minutes because they were handling only one customer and me and other 2 people waiting outside then I went to scotia bank then came back and the boy who was working there ask me for id I showed him my driving license then he told Alberta id is not valid . It's really worst experience on my side .
No matter what time you call at they'll never pick up the phone. I dunno who's running this business but you may wanna check your cameras and verify that these people running your shop literally sit there and watch it ring. Half the time they're not even at the front when you walk in and just chilling in the back. I literally go out of my way to go somewhere else because you cant even view a menu online let alone call the place. I even went in person one day to test it while I was scrolling through a tablet with no 1 else in the store, they still didn't pick up the phone lol. This place really doesn't care about customer service and losing business at all. But power to you.
This dispensary is a joke. Prices are horrible compared to literally anywhere else, and the customer service is even worse. Staff acts like they're doing you a favor instead of providing a service.
To top it off, their website barely works half the time it's broken or inaccurate, which makes ordering or checking inventory a waste of time.
Plenty of better dispensaries around. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers.
