Pretty disappointing experience overall. Customer service wasn't great staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful. The place also felt a bit unwelcoming. There are definitely better dispensaries in the GTA with friendlier service.
Consistently disappointing experience. This dispensary rarely has products in stock and the selection is extremely limited compared to nearby shops. On top of that, staff and management are never on the same page, I've been told different things about price matching depending on who I speak to. One employee says they do it, another says they don't, and the owner claims they price match, yet in practice it has never been honored during my visits.
Overall, it feels disorganized and frustrating as a customer. There are much better options nearby. I highly recommend going down the street to The Cannabis Guys, they actually price match, have a wide selection, and the staff are consistently friendly and accommodating.
Door says open, its 6:50pm, no one at the store, doesn't say anyones on break, just choosing to randomly be closed while advertising that its open
I am totally disappointed with the customer service. The Girl said that she cannot help with my lost 1Gram of preroll that completely fall off the ground because of loose packaging. I am so frustrated with there worst customer service who really don't understand the customer's issue. I showed her the picture that everything on the soil but she said I cannot help you with this if you need you have to buy another one. I am not satisfied with their service now. I am a regular customer for more than 2 years. Customer service completely disappointed me.
Came here yesterday night to get a pre roll and the girl working had no idea what she was doing. Not to be mean but everytime I asked her a question and for help she looked confused. For example I asked if they had diamond infused pre rolls (they did) she said no.. very unprofessional that she didn't know the menu and just said no. So that's fine I then asked her for a one gram pre roll very clearly and tell me why she gave me a 0.5. I didn't realize until I got home because she very clearly also said it was a one gram!! I couldn't go back by then the store closed. I was so disappointed then when I tried smoking the spliff it didn't even pull!!!!! I paid $20 for it to be a .5 that doesn't even work!! Btw this is the SECOND time, last time I bought a pen and that also stopped working close to the end.. So I don't recommend this store very poor quality and unprofessional service!!
