Great staff and selections. The women here are amazing with recommendations and the store has a beautiful vibe.
I'm a regular at this dispensary. I always see the 2 ladies who work there, they are very insightful and efficient! A few other joined the team haven't seen them around much but very friendly staff, always looking to come back for more🙏🏼
Lady with short blonde hair got extremely frustrated when i asked about the product. Employees should be fully educated especially working in this service will definitely not be coming back here
Chantelle is Absolutely my favorite employee at this dispensary.
She's always friendly, super knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond—she even has my order ready when she sees me walking up. Service like this is rare!
I've had similar experiences to others here — one staff member in particular is consistently unpleasant. She looks to be in her late 30s early 40s, larger build, blonde, wears glasses, and comes across as very rude. She tends to raise her voice and makes customers feel like they're bothering her. Honestly, it feels pretty disrespectful. That being said, the rest of the team has always been kind and helpful, so it's a shame one person leaves such a negative impression.
Edit: This place needs more accountability, how are you going by to tell me that you don't have a staff member there who doesn't fit this description. When others have complained about her? This place is not trustworthy.
