Great experience. Purchased a faulty product and had no issues with a return and replacement. I was even given a discount for the inconvenience.
This place is awesome super quick bus ride from all the fallsview hotels. Anthony gave me and my friend the rundown since we are American. Really helped us narrow down what we were looking for and pretty much is a certified weed expert. Anthony even asked us if we needed a lighter.
Weed was out of this world. Better than the medical back home, but a little more expensive (just barely). Also super conveniently located next to a convenience store for munchies
Anthony is always great! Insightful, knowledgeable and willing to offer suggestions according to preference! And an old school discount card with 5% off! And great selection! Would recommend to anyone
Terrible people to communicate and or work with whenever you go there, terrible pricing along with "deals" that barely give you a discount. Overall just awful altogether, just go to Honeypot instead for better service and deals along with appropriate pricing and most importantly everyone there is likeable and nice to get along with unlike here, I would even rather go to Canna Cabana (used to be known as simply Choom) than here and Canna Cabana is just as bad with their prices (PS: They'll probably delete this review anyway like all the other 1 stars because they can't take any kind of criticism)
Will and Anthony are amazing. Really knowledgeable and super friendly. Their selection is absolutely fantastic. If you're more into edibles and drinks like I am, they have the best selection of any of the stores I've been to
