Always friendly and helpful when I visited the store. Love how clean and shiny all the cabinets are. Love the variety of different items. Kaitlyn was a wonderful help and very knowledgeable. The manager was very friendly and helpful as well.
Recap, returning to store today. The gentlemen working May 24th has resolved the issue and refunding my funds. I definitely appreciate his professionalism and help. He is a champion to me.

Overall experience was more than I expected with the staff being so friendly and welcoming along with helpful! Emily found the exact product I was looking for, and even went above and beyond letting me know when they would have it in stock again! The layout of the store was very easy on the eyes and not too overwhelming/overstimulating. And they had the best prices with price matching, absolutely fantastic store! Couldn't be beat!
Sure the prices are cheap if you pay for the membership but the aggressive ID policy is wild when there's so many other/better places to shop just around the corner or down the street! Skip the revolving door of new employees that don't know the products or the laws.
