My fave shop in the city. All the staff are very patient and helpful. Tony in particular is very friendly, knowledgeable and always provides exceptional customer service. He treats every customer with kindness and care as he assists them with their needs. Highly recommended this location.
I go pretty often to this location after work and its always so convenient and efficient. Toni is always super helpful and friendly everytime he helps me out. He's super kind, allows peak experience and makes it easy to be a regular customer.
Had such a great experience here for my first time! The setup and atmosphere were super cool, but honestly what made the visit stand out most was Kait. She was incredibly sweet, bubbly, and helpful, and she was so kind to both me and my brother. You can really tell she cares about making people feel comfortable and welcomed. Her personality genuinely made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Kait, for being so lovely — we'll definitely be back!

A staff member named Kait patiently explained everything to us in a very calm and helpful way, and we ended up making our purchase with confidence.

The gentleman who was working tonight (tall, kind of ginger with some scruff) between 7:50pm and 8:00pm was incredibly friendly and professional, despite being the only associate on the floor. He was managing the lineup, while still being helpful to customers AND checking ID's at the door. And he still greeted and said goodbye to every customer in a very pleasant and friendly way. He could have been rude and rushed people, so it was impressive to see how cool and polite he was...but he definitely could have used some help!
