Horrible experience , I'm 37 years old , with a full head of grey hair and I was asked for id … don't know if I should take it as a compliment or .. funny thing I'm a regular customer, I'm in the store once a week. The bud attender claimed to remember me but said he was instructed by management
Store is always clean, always parking, and the staff is always super friendly.
Went in today and the woman working was super knowledgeable and friendly! I felt confident in trusting the words she was saying because you could just tell she actually knew, which doesn't come often in dispensaries anymore.
My only complaint, I called the store to get her name just now and the phone line is disconnected??? Not really good for business & im hearing that's an ongoing thing..
Was my first time at this location. Great customer service. Jackie and Jasmine were delightful to communicate with. We're very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. If you're in the area, make sure you swing by.
Some of the staff are nice but after paying their elite membership, I realized they always have a lower price advertised and then at the cash they charge higher. It happened to me a few times but today was the last straw as the worker tried to say it's tax….i asked 25% tax? ($100 advertised, I was charged $125)
He said yes, it's tax.
Mind you I pay their questionable annual elite plan
No accountability and obviously, not good at doing math.
This is honestly quite disappointing.
I came in the store this week for some flower. First time in and definitely will be returning . Great selection and a convenient location for me. 10/10 would recommend and I'll definitely be back. Thanks Riley.
