Noticing that I'm always seeing the same people when I come in the afternoon/evening. They seem unhappy and overworked. A bit disheartened because it was not always like this, hopefully management can make some changes to create a more positive work environment.
This review is for Carey specifically(think that's his name, orange hair). I know it's probably a fairly way back environment being a cannabis store but I must say, in my opinion from what I see is one of your most professional staff, job he actually wants to help people make an informed choice. I rarely leave reviews about employees. And I'm not even like just being a high feast about this guy like he genuinely does deserve consideration for a future store leader, just saying. Keep it up Carey. There is a couple others too but he stood out. The rest of the staff have bad energy, even if they are busy or rushed or understaffed most places are these days and it's no excuse to not to at least try and do your job. Like I said there's a few greats. But at dispensary specifically there's a lot of these like "mandem" that are too worried about there ego or not being a sucker or idek what but it's a bad unprofessional vibe. I know you say you can't judge a book by its cover but doing something my mind's making up. Like when I asked for three products it says you haven't stalk but apparently all three are sold out and I go back to the next day and ask one of the good stuff and you guys have all three of them. That kind of stuff, not even checking the back.
But yeah keep it up Carey, your awesome, charismatic & seem like a leaderr vs ' most ' ;but not all the other staff. They know who they are
I know this is just my opinion, so it's not worth 2 C lol! but it is ..
Not really impressed with the lack of any options when it comes to a higher CBD content in flower, and lower THC, definitely have vape products to offer, but for some of us, we prefer the Classic ways of getting our tokes in, definitely don't need anymore options of these juiced up, premature, not flushed right, buds being sold. Not very happy but I am always happy with Tim, Kelly and even Jared's knowledge and guidance, when it comes to good products to try and their friendly service always keeps me coming back! So 5 Stars for them! Always!
I like Canna Cabana but they have had a hard time keeping items in stock. I really enjoy CBD joints but they haven't had any in stock for a while. Please bring back or keep more CBD products in stock, specifically the Divvy. Thanks
