I always go to the one on Midland but they lost power due to outage. Thought I would check this one out. Smaller than expected, but staff were great and products fantastic.
I'm a loyal customer at Calyx & Trichomes east end (Hwy 15). The staff are top notch in service, and have helped me so much over time finding the right mixtures to meet my unique needs. So friendly and accommodating, I just can't say enough good things 👍👍👍👍👍
Have been here a few times and am from out of town. Amazing experience each time and got some recommendations from Nolan during what would be my last visit before heading home.
Wish we had shops like this on the east coast.
does not value customers time, have had several issues doing price matches and checks and they have lost my business
Edit: It all could have been avoided if they just picked up the phone to do a price check instead
I then drove all the way across town and purchased the very product I was asking them to price check from Tokyo Smoke.
I will never again give this place my business
edit #2: Bold faced lies in the response, and this is not the first time this happened
