I've been going to HAVOK SMOKE for a long time now and realized I've never actually left a review, so here it is.
This has honestly become my go-to spot. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and actually know their stuff. I've asked for recommendations quite a few times and they've always pointed me toward something I ended up really liking. Never felt like they were just trying to push a product on me.
The selection is great, the store is clean, and the prices are good. I can pretty much get everything I'm looking for in one place, which makes things a lot easier.
I've had nothing but good experiences here over the years. It's one of those places where you recognize the staff, they recognize you, and it just feels comfortable going in. That goes a long way.
Definitely my favourite local spot and I'll keep coming back. 5 stars all day.
My first time visiting the store, I was warmly greeted by the workers which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I wasn't really sure what I wanted but the staff took the time to walk me through all the options and suggested a vape that I absolutely love! Thanks Havok for making my first visit not scary or intimidating. I really appreciate all the knowledge you gave me.
Over the weekend, I stopped by Havok Smoke to see what their bong selection was like. I was prepared to make a purchase, but wasn't sure of what they had. I was amazed at the selection. So many to chose from! I also found out they have dab rigs, sobmany replacement downstream, bowl pieces and pipes. Literally a one stop shop. I did go home with great quality and nice graphic bong.
Looking for accessories and the stock count was 6 and they couldn't find 1. I was sold two separate items which cost $20 more.
I visited this dispensary hoping to get some help choosing a bong kit for gift. There were three options, but I could only see one clearly. When I asked for assistance, the staff member was visibly annoyed. She reluctantly opened the case, and when I asked to see another kit, she again seemed irritated with my decision. After she handed me the wrong kit, I had to correct her, and she just brushed me off, saying, that's not what I said that 'It doesn't matter.' Despite this, I went ahead and purchased one of the kit, but I left feeling really disappointed with the customer service. I hope they improve their approach.
