Stopped by recently n had a really good experience. The person working there was friendly n helped me pick something without trying to oversell. The store was clean, had a good variety n the whole visit was pretty smooth. Would go back again.
Very Disappointing Experience
I had a really frustrating experience at this dispensary. This particular employee had already asked me for ID on a previous visit, so when I came back, I expected the process to be straightforward. Instead, he asked me for my ID again, even though he had already checked it before.
What really bothered me was what happened afterward. When I came back with my ID, the employee laughed at me. The way he reacted made me feel like he had intentionally asked me to go get my ID just to inconvenience me or make me come back. Whether that was actually his intention or not, that is how it came across, and it was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
I have absolutely no problem showing ID when required. I understand that dispensaries have to follow identification and age-verification rules. The issue is the way I was treated. There is a huge difference between professionally asking a customer for identification and making them feel like they're being messed with or laughed at.
Customer service matters, especially when there are so many dispensaries competing for customers. I shouldn't leave a store feeling embarrassed or disrespected because of the way an employee decided to handle a simple ID check.
I would strongly recommend management speak with their staff about how they treat customers. If there is a legitimate reason to ask for ID, just explain it professionally. There is no reason to laugh at a customer afterward or make them fe ..
