They open at 9 am. That's what is says online and on their door. But somehow no one is there on time. Always late. I stop by before work so I can grab some stuff but it's always close at 9 am. I have waited 15-20 minutes for staff to show up. But no one was here. It's waste of time. They are so quick to ask for a positive review but can't even provide consistent service to their customers. The other canna cabana on N Queen is much better.
Sahib provided outstanding customer service, even while handling a very busy customer load. He remained professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. His product recommendations were knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, making it easy to find the right choice. It's impressive how he maintained such a high level of service under pressure.
