Always out of stock of anything other than random leftovers of their display weed. This place is pathetic, came in yesterday for a vape cart and was told that I've been told they restock on Thursday. Thing is, I've never been told that, did not know that long haired ginger man at all, and came in the next day, the Thursday, just for them to STILL be out.
Imagine Cannabis never has this issue. Like Ever, if you run out of cart and edibles consistently every single week, ORDER MORE! As someone who does store orders, it's really THAT simple; if you run out, order more. Imagine Cannabis is much further out of my way, but they've had carts all week long and don't get all snarky with their customers because they forgot to do a store order.
And to the ginger man, if you are going to assume that I know when you get your stock in, next time try giving the shipment time so you don't have customers coming in multiple times over the week for a product you are incapable of ordering. I think that bong you guys smoke in the back is causing some bouts of forgetfulness.
TLDR: Burb is constantly out of stock and overpriced, literally any other dispensary will do you better while also being much nicer.
Had a pleasant experience with Yasmin as the attendant the other day.
I have a few choices in dispensaries closer by and yet I tend to gravitate towards this one due to its quality in staff. If you just want to get high without the nuance of what properties each strain has and its affect on certain individuals, then BC Cannabis will do. By no means does BC Cannabis have bad staff, but often times there selection is mainstream and not all there staff is knowledgeable.
If you are looking for well informed staff that can tell you what certain strains feel like and how it may affect certain individuals then this Burb location is the place to go. There selection may not be abundant but you are surely bound to find something for your needs.
WAS a customer, till they straight up stole from me. Was double charged for a product, brought in proof, and was denied compensation of any kind. If you like being thieved from, go here. I won't be stolen from twice (the proof was a bank statement, not an opinion or story) I would review zero stars, but 1 was the lowest. *update* was contacted by store manager (Alex S), told it would be corrected, and then nothing happened. Its been over 2 months. I have a feeling this happens quite a bit. You suck, thief!!
Terrible customer service and they are quite literally ALWAYS out of product. I haven't seen them be properly stocked once since I've been there - especially for the pen cartridges.
Better off going to BC Cannabis - they have a way better selection anyways
Employees are so disrespectful. Terrible customer service would rather drive further for somewhere else. Especially the males, very rude and egotistical. Every product is defective and old, weed was completely dried out. And prices are jacked up compared to BC cannabis.
