Come in in the mornings and the bud tender Jacob always brings a smile on my face and leaves me satisfied love to have this positivity in the community. Keep it up, urban bud, and Jacob.
Great first time experience here, Gab was very knowledgeable and helped make my selection easy peasy, will be back!
Was in the store a few weeks ago and was very happy and satisfied with the customer service Gabby gave me!!
She was very helpful , knowledgeable and pleasant
I will definitely be back!! 😊
I really like that there are two locations in the Tecumseh Lakeshore area that I can go to, and both have been stellar!!
The budtender Gabi was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and was able to help find me some amazing cbd products. She went above and beyond to make my experience there a pleasant one. Thanks!
Showed up during their posted business hours. Found doors locked with a sign "be back in 5 minutes" I waited 7 minutes. I called the store, no answer. Another customer showed up, was disappointed like me, and we both left. Extremely unprofessional, will not waste my time again. Too bad I can't give it 0 stars.
Edit: a helpful tip for next time, they should have put "temporarily closed due to power outage" so I didn't stand there for 7 minutes. I would have had time left on my break to go somewhere else. I probably wouldn't have written a negative review if I had known, but what I saw was "be back in 5 minutes." And I even waited longer. It was just disappointing that I used my entire lunch break for that.
