I've been coming to this shop for a while now. It's very convenient for me to get to on route home.
Tonight I had the pleasure of having Benny as my Bud Tender, and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable of his product, asked about my budget, and made a recommendation based on that and what he uses as well. He was the first person to talk to me about more than just THC or CBD, or Hybrid/Sativa/Indica. He spoke about the type of high you would get, how having the right ambiance/mood all helped with how it impacts you. I really appreciated this level of knowledge in the product. He should honestly be the one doing store purchasing with that level of knowledge. Setting up the other tenders to have the product available that people really want.
Thank you Benny for your time. Hope to see you again soon, or not if my recommendation holds any weight
Shout out to Benny for his exceptional service and product knowledge! It was a pleasure being served by someone who is willing to take the time, with a smile on his face, to help me out with my questions. Customer service 5/5, looking forward to interacting with him again
I must say I've been to different dispensary's and am always happy with the staff and service at PoPs. By far the best staff I've had the pleasure in meeting.
I met Benny today, and my first impression was this man is knowledgeable and profession.
Also Benny is friendly. It is wonderful meeting someone with amazing knowledge of his products, and knew exactly what I needed. Answered all my question. Thanks 🙂
Im a creature of habit and always buy indica and he sold me on a very amazing hybrid, Woody Nelson. He was very thorough on how the case was to open and also how to enjoy the pleasant natural scent and taste. I seriously enjoyed talking to Benny and found him to be by far most intelligent in his field. I wish him great success in his future, Benny is a great asset to PoPs. It was great meeting you
