I have never received such poor customer service as I did today at this location. Normally the staff are friendly, helpful, and you leave feeling good about your purchase. Today there was only one staff behind the counter. Her back was turned to me, she did not engage in conversation. I had to ask her if she was the only person working today, hoping someone else with a personality could help me find a product. She told me if I wanted help I would need to come over to her side of the counter… so I walked around, she continues to look at her computer screen not helping me find a product, giving zero information or other products I should try. She couldn't find my profile in the computer, when I asked her what her name was she wouldn't tell me. I said no problem I'm sure it will be on the receipt. She said is wouldn't be, I said no problem your cashier number will be. To which she responded by terminating the transaction and walking off the floor. Leaving two other staff members with customer service skills to take over the transaction. This is not someone I would employ, and not someone I feel like going back and visiting after a day of work to simply purchase cannabis. Staff are the face of your business, cannabis shops should be a pleasure to visit, not dealing with entitled rude burnout staff like this poor girl.
They always love having my puppy around, have a lot of my favourite products and a bunch of great staff. My pup and I often visit to see Nicole she is awesome, so sweet and gives my dog all the love. I always get the best suggestions from her (and Phil) :)
Love how friendly the staff is I didn't get the guys name he's order Everytime I come in he knows what I want with out telling him love this place
I've been absolutely loving the different options of flower they have been ordering recently especially their more fruity flavors! Their customer service is amazing and the atmosphere it very welcoming! I really enjoy going to this location, you guys are amazing!!!🤗
Ordered online didn't get any details on when it would be delivered or what was required for delivery. They tried to deliver when no one was home then latter insisted I had to be there. I was ordering a gift for valentines day while I'm away working very pissed off the lady on the phone was very rude. Never ordering or buying from them again.
