Ashario has become my go-to cannabis store. Their weed delivery is fast and reliable, they have a massive THC and CBD selection, and the prices are some of the best I've found locally. They're also open 7 AM–11 PM every day, including holidays, which is incredibly convenient.
Thank you Victor and AJ!!!
I have been going here since it opened. I was my go to spot. Was being the operative word. I had a horrible experience with a female staff at 9:30am. She has no clue of the weight of the products or how much is in a package. She had no clue about the products and was very arrogant and immature.
You do not speak to customers that way and think they will take kindly to it. You do not argue with customers who are three times your age about products you clearly have no clue about. Please consider hiring more mature and knowledgable staff with good customer service skills if you do not want to lose any further customers..
No thank you. I'll go to Malibu from now on.
I will be contacting head office to inform them of this experience as well as the Aurora manger whom I have got to know well over the years.
Michelle was very helpful, she offered different products and provided many points of interest to consider. Very knowledgeable and kind. Great place to grab my stuff!!
Not rating the store or service- but on Yonge st where there located the street/sidewalk is littered with cannabis products/packaging I can only guess came from this store. Do better and put a garbage can outside the store.
