Terrible experience. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful & completely untrained.
My friend came here yesterday and has been here multiple times before. He had never had an issue entering without being asked for ID, but this time he was denied entry because he forgot his ID(he is 29)
My boyfriend & I were then ID'd and allowed inside. Immediately, a blonde cashier said, "I can help you here," in an incredibly rude and impatient tone. We walked over to her, but weren't even given a chance to look around. The store was basically empty, and she was staring at us as though we were taking too long.
My boyfriend politely asked, "Do you guys carry Glazed?"
Cashier: "No."
He then asked, "How about Fraser Valley?"
Cashier: "Yes."
He asked, "Can I see what strains you have in stock?"
Cashier: "We only carry ounces and prerolls."
He clarified, "Okay, what kinds? Can I see them? Can you bring them up on the screen?"
She stared blankly at him, blinked several times, and said, "I can only bring up one at a time."
He said, "Okay, can I see them?"
She brought up one DBurger ounce on the screen and asked, "Yeah, like, what do you want? Sativa or indica?"
He explained, "I'm asking what strains you have in stock."
She just blankly stared at us, shook her head, and said, "Uh, like DBurger, and others?"
At that point, we immediately walked out.
The entire interaction was unnecessarily difficult. We were asking very basic questions about the products they carry, and inst ..
