Whoever the brunette with the ponytail is who was working tonight (august 13th 1030pm) - maybe retrain her.
I called ahead to ask if you had a vape, she said yes. Drove there to find out you didnt (5 minutes later - as i was already out looking for it) and she said "oh we had it earlier" while laughing, not even a sorry offered.
I dont expect yall to have everything, but as someone who manages stores myself, id expect my staff to at least physically check before assuring a customer we have something. And I would DEFINITELY expect they apologize for saying yes to a customer that then physically came to the store for no reason with today's gas prices.
Lazy, poor attitude, sent me to Kitchener location where the lovely Ella actually did her job. I live 5 minutes from yall and ill be driving to the Sportsworld from now on for any late night needs, since I cant even trust your verified stock.
Please train your staff.
I'm new to using this stuff and they were so helpful and nice. I got great suggestions and recommendations.
The staff really knows there products. They are always ready with great recommendations. The range of products available is high. I never have a bad day after I stop in.
The best dispensary in the area. Five stars will definitely be back. Keep up the good selection and good customer service
