One of the workers with tall, blue, or green hair and a piercing, they/them non-binary, was very hostile. I went here like 25 minutes before they were about to close, and I got super annoyed with how hostile the worker was. They crossed their arms and waited for me to leave the moment I arrived, then started questioning me after 1 minute about whether I was planning to buy, and started puffing while I was looking at the deals. —never going here again. I am normally very friendly and chill with the workers here. Keely was always very friendly with me and the other lady. Sad they aren't there anymore.
Visited the Davie Street location where I was greeted and assisted by the lovely Mel. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and I was provided with excellent advice. She and Zoe were extremely pleasant, patient, friendly and know their craft. Always happy to return. Thank you again!
Mel helped me out today, she was such a joy! She helped me pick out exactly what I needed in minutes, she was super friendly and made our experience easy and fun! Will definitely be coming back here, they have an incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming staff, every visit I've had has been a very good one ☺️
I've been to this store 3 times in the past couple months and every time the staff there have been super helpful and lowkey. Mel helped me out today but both the workers here are phenomenal. Their recommendations based on your preferences are always spot-on, and i appreciate how they don't just try to cater the highest priced option, but rather offer you a wide variety and add personal anecdotes if they've tried certain makes in the past. They give explanations of the benefits of each strand if you're unfamiliar with certain blends or terms listen on the products. all in all i genuinely recommend buying from these guys; it's the best experience i've had thus far comparatively to other dispensaries in the area and the price point is reasonable considering the personable service 🙌🙌
I had such a great experience at Imagine Cannabis in Vancouver, and it was entirely because of Mel and Elan. These two absolutely set the bar for customer service.
From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged. They didn't rush me or push product — they asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and made recommendations that felt tailored, not scripted. You can tell they really understand their inventory and care about matching people with the right fit.
What stood out most was their energy. Professional, warm, and sharp. The kind of people who make you want to come back because the experience feels elevated, not transactional.
Mel and Elan are serious assets to that location. If you're heading to Imagine Cannabis in Vancouver, you're in good hands with them.
