The staff are notoriously lazy (will not check for stock in the back) also dryer than a fart. I've seen more enthusiasm at a funeral!
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I received wonderful service from Rashane (sorry if I misspelled). He was friendly and knowledgeable. It got super busy after we arrived and it seemed like he was working alone, but he still went through the queue within a reasonable time. Store has a smaller selection than Uptown, but the Canna Cabana prices are always unbeatable. Maybe management is just bad at this location? Strange
No return policy on under-cured, musty weed. Took 1 week and a half to get back to me daily telling me things would be looked after. Bullshit. Blacklisted company with a lot less business coming their way now. Shitty company all around. Shit products, shit staff and zero care about flower. They already know that though. lol. Store ties with Tokyo Smoke for knowledge and products now. I don't understand how people work for that company? Zero insight into anything marijuana related.
Slowest service at any canna I've ever been to. Also the least helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the ira needles or superstore location close by. Don't come here if you value your time and self respect
(I see the owner's reply and there was only 1 staff working with 4+ customers. Also I had no changes or requests other than can you get my item and ring me up lol but okay. Good try defending your slow service)
