I walked into One Plant expecting to buy some weed and walk out. What I did not expect was to receive the customer service experience of a lifetime, largely thanks to Geremy.
This man deserves a raise, a trophy, a parade, and possibly a statue outside the establishment.
Geremy was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and somehow managed to explain the differences between products without making me feel like I was taking an exam I hadn't studied for. He answered every question I had with the confidence of someone who has personally completed a PhD in Weedology.
At one point I asked for a recommendation and Geremy immediately understood the assignment. No hesitation. No judgment. Just pure professionalism and a level of expertise that made me wonder if there was a secret dispensary university where these people train.
The entire experience was so pleasant that I briefly forgot I was standing in a weed store and thought I had accidentally walked into a five-star luxury concierge service.
10/10 customer service.
10/10 knowledge.
10/10 vibes.
10/10 Geremy.
If this dispensary had a Mount Rushmore, Geremy's face would be on it.
If customer service were an Olympic sport, Geremy would be bringing home the gold.
If Geremy ever leaves this place, I will personally need 3–5 business days to emotionally process it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would absolutely recommend. Ask for Geremy. This man is doing God's work—just, you know, in a dispensary.

Had such a great experience thanks to Pat! He really took his time with us and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers instead of just rushing the sale. You can tell he knows his stuff and wants you to leave happy.
