Amazing customer service! Emma at Highlife Deep River is always so friendly, personable, and welcoming. She makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer! Great experience every time!
Lovely people. Nice store.good deals. Great town.
Was served by Faith! what a great experience, she was very helpful and selected an awesome product for me! Not to mention the place is always well stocked and they have a big variety of different items! I definitely recommend Highlife!
Inconsistent Customer Service
My first visit here was great, the young woman was friendly, had great knowledge on the product, and helpful service. My second visit was not. The staff member I dealt with this time was condescending and rude, making me feel unwelcome in the few minutes I was there.
Good selection and decent prices, but customer service seems to depend heavily on who is working. Probably won't return because of this, which is a shame because otherwise, it's a good store.
