The woman who answered the phone of your establishment needs retraining on customer service. As a result of her terrible attitude I ended up going to right down the street to Breaking Bud Cannabis where they have top-notch customer support 🙂
Ash was the best he helped me took so much time on me and my friend he deserves a raise
Dan and Lee are amazing employees with fantastic customer service, truly amazing people lots of help! I go here all the time and they never let me down! 👍🏽🙏
I went to Budssmoke Cannabis Scarborough and was assisted by Christina. She was informative about products and advised to try products that would be good for me. She provided a great service and worthy experience that will have me coming back to try more products.
Stellar service! Chrissy consistently goes above and beyond to provide tailored product recommendations with a friendly, professional attitude. Her deep knowledge of different strains and consumption methods makes every customer feel confident and well-informed. I've told people to go to their locations and to look for the wise woman, Chrissy!
