Been coming here for a couple of months now and customer service is 50/50 depending on who's working. Prices are slightly higher but I didn't mind until whoever was working today on 8/9 at around 9:30 am made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The store was empty, I didn't see a readily available menu so I had to ask her recommendations on what to buy. After selecting two things I wanted to get more but she just left to the back without saying anything so when she got back I definitely just wanted to leave. Also seeing owner responses to bad reviews with lowkey denial and zero accountability further solidifies my decision to take my money elsewhere.
This review disappeared for some reason so I'm trying to post it again.
Love this location! Staff is friendly and helpful. The store overall has a very welcoming vibe. They're dog friendly and have photos of all the neighborhood pups posted on their walls. There's always cool stuff to look at. ✌️
Bad experience with impolite employee cat, been coming here for years now, never had any issues with anyone, learn how to talk to customers , you are just an employee cat !! She lied about her name also when i confronted her
Love this space! My go to for five years now! Staff is super friendly and delivery is always on time if not sooner.
I must say, Dash was extremely helpful and really cares and takes his time with clients. Truly appreciate it. Thank you guys!
