The best pot shop in town all the staff are friendly kind helpful i go to buy the product and stay for the friendly conversations the only thing Id like to see change is maybe to hire security to keep all the youth away from the store front it shouldn't fall on your employees there busy enough dealing with customers and making sure the store is spotless an clean would definitely be a big help to customers and staff but all and all its my go to but plz bring in unit 15 an frost cannabis products
Alyssa is so awesome. Very knowledgeable and kind, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She has helped me out many times not only great service but seems like a hella cool person!

Honestly Alyssa is the best bud tender around! Im not even from Ingersoll but always enjoy my experience with her everytime I go into the shop.
Excellent customer service by Genelle!! She explained the points system so well and the return policy which is actually amazing to hear!! The biggest issue I have when wanting to try other companies smokes are that some just suck!!! So happy to hear if we have a bad package we can bring it back! Thank you!!!

Apparently if you have children waiting in the car, with their father, you're unable to buy cannabis if they are under the age of 13. I accepted this and left and came back another day. I asked the next day what was that about and was hit with a BOAT LOAD of attitude. I asked if it was a one plant policy and was told it's the "law" which it isn't. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and will NOT be returning. Cut the attitude girly, learn some respect and how to talk to customers. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
