Staff are very rude sometimes and irritable, the young kid at the store snapped on me Thursday night when i went to choose pre-milled, they literally yelled at me that all the weed is up front when it's not, tried to control my movement in the store with Noone else in the store. Apologized if I made him uncomfortable being back there without him and the people hanging around and he just deflected and started lecturing me about kids in the store, the vestibule is not "your store" neither is Kelly's, get your staff together. What happened to the tall manager in morning's? Never had an issue when she was around, now i hate this store. They never are clear about points either, pricing is very expensive compared to other stores. Anyways this review is mainly about staff attitude its just not a pleasant experience.
Great store, selection and service but every time I go in there is only one person working and a crowd of folks waiting, no fault at all to the staff they are awesome
Great place with great staff, and they're stocked with my favourite 1SPLIFF!
Was in the store today - had a great experience with Dee! She was friendly, and answered all my questions! Store was very clean and the Christmas tree they have up and all the decorations were great!! Thank you!! Will definitely be back :)
