I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the store. They had exactly what I wanted at a decent price, and the two young men who served me were very respectful and well mannered! Definitely a place I'll come to again and again.
Q'nia at OP in Pickering was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, she was patient with me, jokingly put me at ease and offered many suggestions.
July 10 930 . Kid behind the counter has major attitude. Didn't even look in my direction when I was inquiring about a certain item . Turned his back to me and statement talking to the person in the back . It seemed very difficult for him to provide any customer service. . Pure attitude. If I see him in there again I won't be buying from that store. I have been a long time patron of one plant.
