Worst store EVER and I will not be returning! They rip you off and steal your money because that's the only way they will stay open with their prices! Shame on you and I can't wait for you to close your doors! Let a decent dispensary open up there instead!
I was very recently at the Tower Cannabis store in Okotoks and had an amazing experience with Janet. She was informative, kind and respectful. She was very good at multitasking clients while I was there. I have been to this location a few times and every time has been a good experience with any staff that have been working, helping me. I look forward to my next visit to see what is new and what could help with my chronic pain and fatigue.
Fantastic customer service.
Reasonable prices.
Decent selection of multiple cannabis products.
Exceptional customer care 👌 been coming to this location from the day they opened! I'd like to specifically point out Cedar & Ruby who welcome you from the moment you walk in. Their friendliness and kindness is infectious and I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!
Great customer service always friendly and welcoming. Amazing hours and just an overall great selection
