Had a great experience here! Lynn & Val were both super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made the whole experience easy and welcoming,. Upon meeting them, you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find what they're looking for. Really appreciate the great service and will be coming back for sure!
Only rated high because of its proximity to the campsites.
The 5 star reviews claiming "great customer service" are either fake or I missed a 10% your order for a 5 star review sign while in there.
Anyways..
Poor selection that you need to read off a messy chalkboard while being served by an veryyyy unpleasant cashier who clearly doesn't want to be there.
(From reading other reviews it's clearly the same cashier)
Both the girls with black hair are super kind and helpful when I go to to get my gfs products. Always help me pick the new products. The other two guys I deal with are amazing as well helping me with new products and recommendations. Service is always top notch and the girls are always welcoming with a smile and the guys with a what's up bro. Only place I shop
Great location, good parking, and a nice store overall inside with quality product. But I've been very disappointed with the customer service, specifically the young Caucasian lady with black hair. She was remarkably rude and had no interaction with me besides grabbing the product, cashing me out, then walking away before the transaction was processed. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but do better. Customer service is not that hard.
