Kim est super fine.
Excellent service.
As for the weed, charging for it and knowing the terpene and THC levels is fine: it's written on the bag and carton. But the incompetence of the people who work there is beyond me. I asked for a smoking accessory, a pipe, and she gave me a glass one. Okay, but do you have the right screens to put in it, you know, for glass pipes? She gave me round metal screens and said, "Yes, yes, that's it." I persisted a bit because it's not the first time I've smoked there, and from experience, I know it doesn't work. She persisted with her explanation. She gave me the round screens and the box, but we couldn't see inside. I wanted to check to be sure, but she wouldn't open it. She told me, "This is what goes with this." So I bought it anyway. Thanks to you, I spent an extra $18 on items that don't even go together and are unusable. Perhaps try training the employees and checking the equipment before selling it… luckily I only had one real one left, see photo… no congratulations to give there
