I visited this location for the first time the other night and was quite disappointed with the experience. As I arrived, I saw an employee lock the doors and leave while other customers were still trying to get in. I'm not sure what was happening, but it seemed like they were telling customers to wait. Management should probably look into this, as it didn't seem very professional to have an employee lock the doors during open hours.
The old lady working there has a serious attitude problem. I don't understand how you can be so rude in a customer service position.
Usually love the staff, they are helpful and friendly. Today they had the rudest, most inconvenienced human to ever exist working. Super disappointed.
Great value for the buds, guess thats why they call it Value Buds!!!!!!! Amazing selection and incredible helped tailored directly from my needs from Carter, will be coming back again!
