Guy working was kind of a jerk. Hung out in the back for several minutes when I got there and was rude. Also insulted my dog, who was just standing there, which was just bizarre for a place that is pet friendly. Everyone else has always been great, but WTH.
Customer service is so horrible. Walked in, nobody was there to help me, called out "hello" a few times 3-4 mins went by and finally someone came out, they were on a phone call and didn't even put them on hold to help me, I stood there for another few minutes with no assistance, I walked out and they didn't even try and get me to come back. Do not go here.
Love coming here, all the staff know me, and is the best place for cheap weed, that still hits like the expensive weed from other stores, I go here all the time and it's perfect for my budget.
The last 3 times I have gone there during business hours there's a sign on the door be back in 15 minutes
I waited once and only once and it was longer than 15 mins. You are loosing a decent amount of business not only have i walked away but I've seen others try to enter see the sign and leave. I'll start going somewhere else that I know is actually going to be open during their business hours if this continues

I had to come back and leave another review because this store keeps delivering amazing service. This time Nora helped me, and she was just as impressive. She was welcoming from the moment I walked in, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and explained the options clearly without rushing me. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers having the right experience, not just making a sale.
The team at Value Buds consistently makes every visit smooth and comfortable. Big appreciation to Nora for the professionalism and positive energy. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had.
