I am amending this review to 5 stars after choosing to press the issue I had a second time; and I did so to a manager, as I didn't feel right leaving my issue unresolved. My concerns were addressed quickly, respectfully, and with more attention than I thought the issue deserved. It renewed my faith that the business-consumer relationship is kept fair here.
The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of products is great. The only issue I have with the Sherbrook store is there is no air conditioning! It is very uncomfortable to be in the store when it's warm out
I don't know about their King St. location but this one regularly sells defective, low quality, old product, and tries to upsell the "new" (rebranded) products ive had consistently be defective on me. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Slimy and bad faith business that preys upon those who still believe in the "Canadian small business" If I could give 0 stars I would.
Amazing staff who know there stuff and fair prices, personally my favorite dispensary. 10/10 I'll be back again😊
Great vibes from everyone working there, and they know their stuff. Highly recommended.
