Worst experience ever
I had the worst experience ever with Tokyo Smoke. The service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The staff didn't seem interested in helping, and the overall attitude was careless.
bought a cart here yesterday for the first time and unfortunately taste like metal. too bad they dont do refunds unfortunately im stuck with this until i have to get a new one lol
Not sure how my 15 year old niece was able to order edibles from your store location with little to no age verification… I was disappointed in the ability for a child to purchase for home delivery…
I am satisfied with the products and service provided by the friendly staff. The big ginger guy with tattoos was very helpful in finding the right product for me and answering all my questions. I will be purchasing from this location in the future.
Customer service was awesome, nice staff. Took my mom here for the first time and now we are both highly disappointed, we're sold some of the worst joints either of us had. constantly had to re light the joint, dropping cinders all over, also kept getting bud in the mouth when taking a drag. was excited as it was recommended…. paid $27 for 10 joints. huge waste of money
If recommendations are made should staff not know their own products?😅🤔
