Dean makes this location a go to. Friendly, great customer service, and is such a positive person.
I was probably having the worst day yesterday, and after a long day I went to this location and I got a very nice greeting from Dean. I feel like he must've knew I was having an off day but he honestly made my whole day so much better. His kindness and compassion was something I didn't expect going into a cannabis store, but I hope Dean or even his manager will see this comment and know how much that means to me and how it changed my whole mood around. It just shows he cares more than just getting a simple sale. His presence is always so bubbly and joyful. He gives good recommendations if I want to try something new and because of him this is my favourite location to go too.
I recently moved to Windsor. Ive been coming here every week for my buds.
A few months back I was overcharged by a typo and didnt not notice. They did and made it right when I came in. Great prices, friendly people. 5/5 Recommend making this your primary dispensary.
Im rating this place one out of 5 stars because i bought a 3 pack of joints and 1 was completely empty no weed in sight owner was a not cool man and refused to replace it with anything even something cheaper,after clearly seeing the joint had no weed what so ever . Was told the owner cant do anything about the fact,just to find out from another store thats not even true its all up to the manager of the store, so yeah moral of the story is if u want your weed actually in what you paid for , go to a different store this one aint it and aint lit 😅😅🤣
