I frequent the west Kelowna store. The staff are always top notch. Personable and helpful. Nathan always has my back with products. Getting things in. Etc. He treats me great.

Prime was suggested to me by several friends and family members to go talk to regarding my inexperience with the products. Hunter immediately greeted me as I walked in the door. All I said was "virgin with questions".... Hunter was knowledgeable and patient, knowing right away what was going to work for me. Awesome job! 13/10 would recommend 👌
